Check your product’s coverage
Read the warranty and replacement conditions in the exact product description before purchase. Login errors, interrupted access, missing promised features, provider outages and account bans are assessed under that product’s coverage and exclusions—not a blanket rule for all products. Follow its access and usage instructions.
Service time and warranty time
The account service period can start at creation. Depending on the product, the account warranty starts at delivery or first login. Service duration and warranty duration are separate; use the dates and terms applicable to your purchased plan.
Activation links have their own deadline
An activation link can have a different validity and warranty period from the account. For example, a 24-hour link warranty and a 30-day account warranty are possible, not universal shop terms. If a product discloses that missing its activation deadline invalidates the link and prevents activation of the account warranty, that condition applies to that product. Check the exact deadline before purchase and activate promptly.
Covered downtime
Confirmed covered downtime is not counted as healthy consumed service time. Time spent handling the support request does not reduce an eligible refund. Support checks the affected dates and the purchased coverage.
Replacement or refund
The product description determines whether the remedy is replacement, a prorated refund or an available choice. Replacement limits, remedy deadlines and whether a replacement covers the remaining term or starts a new term follow that product’s stated conditions. A replacement does not automatically reset the subscription or warranty. Report the order reference, error and relevant dates through support; requests are reviewed in under 24 hours. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
