Before you pay
Read the selected product’s current description, access type, service duration, price, delivery deadline and warranty conditions. The product and checkout show the current price and payable quote. A shop sign-in is separate from the service account you purchase.
Delivery times
Many products are delivered instantly. Products requiring account creation generally take 12–24 hours after valid payment confirmation; the exact commitment is shown for the selected product. The ready-made one-month ChatGPT Pro and ChatGPT Plus Personal full-warranty products currently specify delivery within 12 hours after payment confirmation. That commitment is not extended to every manual-delivery product.
Access and notifications
Check your order and follow the delivery instructions. For accounts that need to be created, provide your email and Telegram contact details through the order or support flow so the team can notify you when ready. Ninja Pro requires no identity documents for crypto purchases of any product. This policy does not change the shop’s sign-in methods.
Service duration and activation
A service period may begin when an account is created, rather than on delivery or first login. The selected product’s terms determine the service and warranty start times. Activate links within the deadline stated for that product; delivery does not automatically give every account a fresh full subscription period.
If the delivery deadline passes
If an unused order has not been delivered by its promised deadline, you may request a refund through support. You may instead voluntarily accept late delivery with a goodwill gift. The gift depends on the case and has no fixed guaranteed value; accepting a gift does not require giving up mandatory rights.
Payments and network selection
Before sending payment, check that the cryptocurrency and blockchain network exactly match those shown at checkout. You are responsible for selecting the correct asset and network. Ninja Pro cannot accept responsibility for transfers you send using the wrong cryptocurrency or blockchain network, and cannot guarantee recovery, crediting your order, or reimbursement for those customer errors. You may contact our existing support service to request an investigation; an investigation is not a promise of recovery or refund. Never share your seed phrase or private keys. This limitation does not apply to errors caused by Ninja Pro and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Payment confirmation
An incorrect asset or network transfer does not by itself establish a confirmed order payment or guarantee delivery. This does not change the applicable product delivery commitment after valid payment confirmation.
