The agreement
These terms apply to use of the Ninja Pro storefront and purchases made through it. Read them together with the selected product description and our delivery, warranty, refunds and privacy pages. If something important is unclear, ask support before paying. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Digital products and account access
Buy only a plan you understand: access type, duration, usage rules, warranty and replacement cap can differ by product. A shop account is not the purchased service account. Ninja Pro requires no identity documents for crypto purchases of any product. Do not misuse shared access, resell contrary to the plan’s restrictions or interfere with other users. Follow applicable laws and the service provider’s rules.
Price and availability
The chosen product and checkout quote determine the payable amount and supported payment options. Confirm the amount, asset, network, recipient and any payment reference before sending. Availability and third-party service features can change; a brand name or logo does not imply an official partnership or endorsement.
Payment responsibilities
Before sending payment, check that the cryptocurrency and blockchain network exactly match those shown at checkout. You are responsible for selecting the correct asset and network. Ninja Pro cannot accept responsibility for transfers you send using the wrong cryptocurrency or blockchain network, and cannot guarantee recovery, crediting your order, or reimbursement for those customer errors. You may contact our existing support service to request an investigation; an investigation is not a promise of recovery or refund. Never share your seed phrase or private keys. This limitation does not apply to errors caused by Ninja Pro and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Delivery and remedies
The selected product states the delivery deadline, service start, warranty start, coverage and remedy. Many products are instant; account creation generally takes 12–24 hours, while the two ready-made full-warranty one-month ChatGPT Pro and Plus Personal products retain their stated 12-hour commitment unless their product terms change. Covered downtime and support processing do not reduce an eligible refund. Unused non-delivery after the promised deadline can be refunded on request. Voluntary change-of-mind refunds are not offered before or after delivery; mandatory rights and covered-failure remedies remain protected.
Support, disputes and changes
Use the support centre for issues and disputes. Keep your order reference and relevant evidence. Dated policy updates do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or commitments applicable to completed purchases.
Crypto purchases without identity documents
Ninja Pro requires no identity documents for crypto purchases of any product. Site sign-in, email or Telegram verification and proof of account ownership are separate from document-based KYC. Third-party providers have their own rules; this policy does not guarantee their verification requirements. Use only the cryptocurrency and network shown at checkout. Crypto purchases are not a promise of anonymity or freedom from legal, provider or network restrictions. If bank payments are introduced in the future, they may have different verification requirements; this is not an announcement that bank payments are available.
