Account and sign-in information
Depending on the sign-in method you choose, the shop processes account identifiers, email, display name, profile image, linked provider identifiers and verification information. It keeps session records and authentication checks to recognise your account, secure access and prevent abuse. The site supports external sign-in providers and Telegram; using one involves that provider’s own privacy practices.
Orders, payments and support
The service stores order references, the purchased product and plan, price/quote snapshots, status, delivery-related records and order events. Payment records include invoice identifiers, asset, amount, recipient and transaction hash where applicable. Support stores ticket titles, message text, author identifiers, timestamps and notification-delivery records. Relevant order and delivery information is exchanged with the shop’s bot and fulfilment/supplier systems to complete purchases.
Browser storage and cookies
The shop uses session cookies for authentication. Browser local storage remembers language preferences and, in preview mode, sample order history. Session storage can retain a pending external sign-in flow and preview activity state. Clearing storage or cookies can sign you out or remove locally stored preview history; it does not delete server order records. These policy pages do not add advertising trackers.
Infrastructure and third parties
Hosting, API infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, payment/wallet services and fulfilment services process the information needed for their role. Requests may generate network, operational or security logs; security rate-limit records and audit/order events are also used. Some existing shop pages request Telegram scripts or Google Fonts. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be erased by the shop. Operational and security logs support service reliability and abuse prevention.
Retention and requests
Account, order, support and security records are retained as needed for service operation, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable obligations. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about a provider. We may need to verify account ownership, and some records may need to remain for legitimate obligations. Ninja Pro requires no identity documents for crypto purchases of any product. Never send private wallet keys or seed phrases.

Crypto purchases are not a promise of anonymity or freedom from legal, provider or network restrictions. If bank payments are introduced in the future, they may have different verification requirements; this is not an announcement that bank payments are available.
